ADDETTO PAGHE E AMMINISTRAZIONE DEL PERSONALE

La risorsa si occuperà di tutte le attività inerenti all'amministrazione del personale interno dell’azienda

Si valutano profili junior (con 1 o 2 anni di esperienza), laureandi o neolaureati in Relazioni di Lavoro o profili con più anni di esperienza nel ruolo

**Attività principali**:

- Elaborazione buste paga e predisposizione pagamenti ai dipendenti
- Adempimenti legati al rapporto di lavoro
- Adempimenti mensili ed annuali legati all'elaborazione delle buste paga ed al pagamento dei contributi
- Controllo contabile mensile ed analisi dei costi del personale

**Attività secondarie legate alla gestione del personale**:

- Calcolo ed emissione di buoni pasto e buoni welfare
- Inserimento e aggiornamento anagrafiche dipendenti
- Predisposizione badge per nuovi assunti
- Controllo adempimenti formativi relativi ai corsi sulla sicurezza nei luoghi di lavoro;
organizzazione visite mediche;
colloqui di selezione

**Requisiti**:

- Esperienza di 1 o 2 anni per profili Junior;
4 o 5 anni per profili senior
- Diploma di ragioneria e/o laurea (triennale o specialistica) in materie economiche/relazioni di lavoro;
- conoscenza teorica e pratica delle tecniche, degli strumenti e degli adempimenti relativi all’elaborazione delle paghe;
- conoscenza delle modalità di assolvimento degli obblighi fiscali, previdenziali e assicurativi;
- conoscenza della normativa sul rapporto di lavoro;
- capacità di utilizzo dei principali software per le operazioni di calcolo, ottimo uso del PC e del pacchetto Office

Costituirà titolo preferenziale la conoscenza del gestionale Profis (Job)

Completano il profilo motivazione, professionalità e propensione al lavoro in team.

**Si offre**:
contratto a tempo determinato con possibilità di trasformazione a tempo indeterminato o contratto a tempo indeterminato diretto. Retribuzione commisurata all'esperienza.
Per laureandi/neolaureati si valuta anche inserimento in tirocinio/apprendistato

**Orario di lavoro**:
full-time dal Lunedì al venerdì

**Luogo di lavoro**:
