Position Overview:
The position, reporting to the SC Leader Italy, is committed to meet customer requirements with optimization of cost and inventory level.

The role is to support our local SC Team in managing loading of main assets based on sales forecast, their inventory level and to create and optimize tools for monitoring and tracking our performance indicators vs our customers’ needs.

He/she will be a referring point for projects and improvement areas linked to planning.

Responsibilities & Qualifications:

- Supporting the Local Supply Chain structure in monitoring of KPI;
- Collecting and analyzing data - in coordination with other departments - to take KPI under control;
- Supporting the definition of actions to be carried out to avoid target deviations;
- Material flow control, loading of assets and performance monitoring:

- Combining customer orders while respecting the order quantity and reducing technical scrap
- Development of the production schedule to meet the level of service provided to our customers.
- Maintain, check, close production orders (check the quantities produced and check compliance with production deadlines).
- Participation in meetings to discuss and coordinate the short term loading of the main assets. Coordination between production and SC-Local and Regional SC. Accelerate the processing of escalations focusing on customer's request.
- Balance level of stock
- Aged inventory control

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Engineering or scientific equivalent (Math or similar)
- +3/5 years of experience (in multinational contexts is a plus)
- Knowledge of planning procedures, methods, and systems
- Experienced with worksite planning, scheduling and control activities
- Fluent English
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft tools
- knowledge of German language and Power B represent a plus;
