**What’s the role?**
We’re looking for a Compensation & Benefit Partner to join our international Human Resources Team reporting to the Motion Technologies & EMEA Compensation and Benefit Manager in Barge (CN), working in a uniquely high-performing, inclusive and collaborative working culture.

**Your day in the life of Compensation & Benefit Partner**
**Role scope**:
As Compensation & Benefit Partner, you will play a critical role in achieving our people initiatives. You will:
- develop and administer Compensation processes such as annual compensation cycle / global pay review, pay equity analysis and ad-hoc projects as needed, supporting the business in making compensation decisions that support our pay for performance philosophy and calibrating results
- analyze market trends to evaluate the competitiveness of salaries, develop pay-ranges and conduct market data surveys
- create and manage tools to collect, analyze and summarize - with relevant KPIs - large amounts of data identifying issues & trends
- be responsible for performing periodic data audits to keep high quality standards to contribute ensuring data integrity in the HRIS (Workday); review and approve employee compensation changes
- leads the evaluation and alignment of individual positions and job levels to ensure career framework and compensation structure.
- become a close partner of key stakeholders including HR Business Partners, Payroll & Finance managers, and maintain strong and supportive relationships across the company in order to improve current processes
- contribute defining and deploying benefit strategy (as needed)
Requisiti di posizione:
**We need your experience and skills**
Key requirements are:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in a similar Compensation role
- experience in researching market trends to evaluate the competitiveness of salaries & developing market benchmark (pay ranges)
- detail oriented and analytic mindset; excellent record-keeping skills
- previous experience in multinational companies and multi-country responsibility
- strong Excel & analytical skills and able to research, analyze and identify trends or areas of concern in data or reports
- drive for results and speed without compromising ethics and quality
- strong capacity to work autonomously in an evolving and fast-paced environment
- ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Nice to have:
- bachelor Degree (or equivalent) or higher in Economics, Finance, Human Resources, Math or other quantitative area would be preferred
- knowledge and experience using Workday would be advantageous
- powerPoint skills with ability to succinctly tell the story of data and use visualization to convey the message
- previous experience in benefit management, mainly focused on Italy
