Per società imprenditoriale in costante crescita operante nel settore biomedicale, siamo alla ricerca di un/a Customer Service Team Leader che riportando al Customer Service & Operations Manager possa gestire operativamente e supervisionare l’intero ciclo di gestione dell’ordine, dalla ricezione della richiesta sino alla spedizione al cliente.

È necessaria la provenienza dal settore biomedicale o dalla logística di prodotti farmaceutici/strumentazione biomedicale.

Il ruolo è strategico in quanto centrale rispetto al contatto con tutte le funzioni aziendali e ci sono reali possibilità di crescita.

**RESPONSABILITA’**:

- Elaborazione ordini NSO, ordini a test e allineamento prodotti dei conti depositi relativi, monitoraggio ordini quote, canoni acquisti e scorte per prodotti alta e bassa rotazione e commesse Gare Service;
- Supervisionare operativamente un ristretto gruppo risorse in un’ottica di pianificazione ed ottimizzazione del lavoro;
- Favorire il processo di digitalizzazione aziendale all’interno del proprio reparto, garantendone l’integrazione con le altre funzioni aziendali;
- Coordinamento dei rapporti con la rete di vendita e la logística nella gestione dell’evasione degli ordini; focalizzandosi inoltre sulla gestione annuale dei listini di vendita;
- Mantenimento e monitoraggio costante del livello di Customer Satisfaction.

**REQUISITI**:

- Diploma tecnico commerciale o laurea in discipline economico-aziendali/ingegneria gestionale;
- Esperienza almeno quinquennale nel ruolo maturata presso società del settore medicale o della commercializzazione di strumentazione analitica da laboratorio;
- Capacità o propensione al coordinamento di risorse;
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese scritto/parlato;
- Preferibile conoscenza di Navision o similari;
- Leadership e doti organizzative;
- Forte propensione al raggiungimento degli obiettivi nel rispetto dei tempi;
