**What will you do?**

In this Azure Cloud Consultant role, you will partner closely with SoftwareOne's business development colleagues to navigate customers' journey to the Cloud, both for organizations just starting with the Cloud and such that are well ahead of others in terms of adoption.

Our services business is growing, and you will become a significant part of it. You will be involved in designing and implementing the Cloud Services solutions, identifying/scoping technical requirements, driving technical workshops and assessments, getting up-to-speed with technology trends, and exchanging ideas and experiences with peers around the Globe.

**Day-to-day responsibilities**:
Leading autonomously or being a key contributor in Cloud Services solution implementations of varying complexity within the country and region;
- Providing expert guidance to customers, driving solution architecture, and ensuring solution strategy is optimally aligned with the customers' business strategy;
- Creating and implementing solution roadmaps and selecting the efficient infrastructure and technology platform;
- Approaching customer engagements with a focus on the consistent quality of delivery and adding value to their business;
- Developing project plans and work breakdown structures in alignment with customer expectations and contractual obligations;
- Contributing to the pre-sales activities of the business development team and providing accurate and risk-aware input into the estimating and planning processes.

What we need to see from you:

- Relevant experience in a Systems Integration or within a mid-sized/large organization architecting, designing and implementing Public / Hybrid Cloud solutions like Azure (AWS as a plus);
- Good knowledge in infrastructure areas involving Cloud Computing principles, Servers, Storage, Networks, Identity & Security;
- Customer business understanding: governance, objectives, practices and processes control related to business requirements;
- Ability to learn quickly and keep pace with the rapid changes in the IT industry (particularly in Azure);
- Storytelling skills, including the capability to develop and deliver high-quality public presentations;
- Excellent command of English.
