Demand Planner

**Demand Planner (Temporary) **:**We are looking for a Demand Manager to cover a Maternity leave until the end of February 2025.**

**The Demand Planner ensures the accuracy of sales demand within the S&OP/IBP cycle. Is in charge of leading the monthly Local Demand Review Meetings (DRM), making sure that an accurate enrichment of the statistical forecast is managed.**

**What You Will Do**:

- Responsible for Market Intelligence enrichment Demand into APO, lead the monthly Demand Review meetings, data maintenance and parameters in the SAP DP System, lead the Quarterly Financial Forecasts alignment and gaps analysis.
- Analyze & reporting data.
- Manage Phase in - phase out.
- Management of non-slow moving articles, blocked stock and risk of obsolescence, together with Sales, Marketing and Controlling.
- Local Communication and Coordination.

**Who You Are**
- University Graduate engineering, economics or similar.
- 2 years of experience in Demand or Production Planning
- Experience of forecasting system (SAP APO or similar Planning system)
- ERP system and Microsoft knowledge. Must be able to run Macros and Pivot tables
- Position in a multi-national business environment is a plus
- Fluent in English. Italian would be a plus.
- Available to do some business trips in Europe.
