**In this **_OMS Advisor (Continuous Improvement_**_ _**_Specialist) _**role you will**:

- Spread and share the Lean mindset throughout the organization;
- Engaging Site Leaders in OMS by training them and supporting the Site Management Team to establish and maintain an Organization that Delivers
- Manage and support process improvement projects
- Implement and monitor KPIs
- Lead, on Site, the development of a ours specifics Tools dedicated to resource planning, productivity tracking, time & attendance;
- Managing continuous improvement opportunities for Kaizen and Kaikaku, addressing necessary actions;
- Supporting the implementation and maintenance of Performance Management;
- Providing projects and activities status report including performance & benefit tracking
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering/Economics or Master in Supply Chain;
- At least 3 years of experience in continuous improvement's team in Manufacturing/Supply Chain Industry;
- Good knowledge of the main diagnostic tools, data analysis and performance measurement;
- Good knowledge of the English;
- Ability to analyze processes and solve problems;
- Excellent knowledge of Excel, Power BI;
Proactive personality, able to work in a team with good communication skills and a strong propensity for improvement
