SilverBack Staffing Ltd is seeking a talented and skilled CSA Supervisor to join our client's welcoming and inclusive team. This contract CSA role is based onsite in Skellefteå, Sweden, and offers an attractive day rate and the chance to be part of a positive and diverse workplace culture.

To give you an idea of how this flexible role would look and feel, here are some of the things you could expect to do:

- Supervise all field works for construction in the disciplines civil, structural and architectural engineering.
- Lead site progress meetings.
- Control documentation.
- Work with the scheduler to follow up on critical path and site progress reviews.

**Requirements**:

- Comfortable communicating in English
- Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Great organisational and project management skills.
- Excellent communicator

As a flexible CSA Supervisor, you will work with operational planning, implementation and reporting within the discipline. You will also supervise all field works for construction in the disciplines of civil, structural and architectural.
To succeed in this CSA supervision role, you must be comfortable communicating in English and have a degree in civil engineering. You will also require experience in the construction of industrial buildings, along with exceptional project management skills. In addition, you should be excellent at building trust and communications with parties involved in construction. The ability to direct site progress meetings, resolve construction hindrances, control documentation, revise as-builts, and work with the scheduler to follow up on critical path and site progress reviews is also essential.
