**Position**: Bakery Chef / Chef di panetteria - Season 2024 (Full time #537462)

**Property / Office**: Mandarin Oriental, Lago di Como

**Location**: Lake Como, Italy

**Duties & responsibilities**:

- Be responsible for checking the quality of all food production in the kitchen and maintaining the highest standards achievable.
- Check standard recipes ensuring proper portion control, uniformity of taste and quality.
- Ensure all food items are of high standard and ready to serve on time.
- Carry out the kitchen requisitioning and ordering.
- Propose, and initiate when approved, new services and products for our guests.
- Communicate any operational problem to the head Chef and Executive Chef.
- Perform any other reasonable duty as required by the department head from time to time.
- Attend all training sessions arranged by MO.

**Requirements**:
- At least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Hospitality/Tourism or equivalent.-
- At least 1 years of working experience in the related field.-
