**Customer Quality**

**Cliente**: Importante azienda italiana grandi produttrice di fissaggi, fornisce tutti i principali costruttori del mondo dell’automotive

**Contenuti della posizione**:
La missione di questo ruolo è gestire l'indirizzamento delle non conformità cliente e le relative attività di miglioramento, attraverso la gestione dei reclami, supportando il Responsabile Qualità nella preparazione degli Audit cliente.

Risponde gerarchicamente a**:Responsabile Qualità di Stabilimento**
- Configurare le problematiche del Cliente
- Identificare gli interventi risolutivi delle non conformità qualitative riscontrate dal Cliente attraverso la metodologia del problem solving verificandone la corretta e tempestiva attuazione.
- Supporta il Responsabile Qualità di Stabilimento e il Direttore di Stabilimento nella diffusione e consolidamento degli STD cliente
- Collabora attivamente con il responsabile Qualità di Stabilimento nella preparazione e conduzione degli Audit Cliente e nelle visite presso la nostra o loro sede.
- Gestisce e realizza gli indicatori di performance relativi alla qualità cliente.

**Contribuisce, per la parte specifica di qualità, al raggiungimento degli obiettivi Aziendali, perseguendo logiche di miglioramento continuo.**

**Requisiti**
- Laurea técnica, preferibilmente in Ingegneria
- Esperienza di circa 1-3 anni nella gestione della Supply Chain, nella Pianificazione e nel Customer Service.
- Conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese (minimo B2)

**Location**: Cornaredo

Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno, Tempo indeterminato

Orario:

- Dal lunedì al venerdì

Istruzione:

- Laurea triennale (Preferenziale)

Esperienza:

- Controllo qualità: 1 anno (Obbligatorio)

Lingua:

- Inglese (Obbligatorio)
