**Radisson Blu Hotel & Spa Cork, **part of The iNUA Collection, is seeking a skilled and experienced **Spa Therapist** to join an ambitious growth-orientated team.

How you will do this?

By providing clients with the highest standard of quality therapy in a professional manner and ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the spa.
- **Requirements for this position**:_
- To promote awareness, to achieve the retail target on a monthly basis and to develop a regular clientele for repeat bookings
- To greet guests on arrival to the Spa at all times in a warm, welcoming and friendly manner and to ensure that their needs are met while visiting the centre
- To communicate our facilities and treatments to guests as required.
- To deal with customer complaints in a professional manner and to notify management of these
- Working as a team member to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the centre
