**Spare Parts Specialist**:
Siamo alla ricerca di una figura di Spare Parts Specialist in un'ottica di sviluppo dell'organizzazione aziendale.
La risorsa verrà inserita all'interno del dipartimento di Assistenza Post Vendita, riportando direttamente al Service Business Development Manager.

Descrizione Mansioni

La risorsa che stiamo cercando sarà il riferimento per l’ottimizzazione della gestione dei materiali a supporto del business After Sales. In particolare, sarà focalizzato nel creare e mantenere il processo di pianificazione e approvvigionamento, tramite lo sviluppo e l’utilizzo degli strumenti aziendali (ERP) ed in forte collaborazione con l’Area Operations (in particolare Supply Chain e Produzione).

**Nello specifico si occuperà di**:
Impostazione della pianificazione dei ricambi e dei materiali per gli interventi: analisi disponibilità, definizione delle politiche di approvvigionamento, analisi e definizione scorte di sicurezza, monitoraggio degli stock;
Impostazione e presidio della gestione delle date di consegna ricambi a supporto del Customer Service After Sales;
**Presidio del processo di gestione mancanti**: monitoraggio, sollecito agli enti preposti, in coordinamento con Customer Service After Sales;
Impostazione e monitoraggio KPI sui tempi di consegna ricambi ed indicazione delle proposte per il miglioramento del livello di servizio;
Supporto operativo per la catalogazione del profilo ricambio, in collaborazione con gli Uffici Tecnici;
Supporto operativo per la messa a punto della distinta ricambi/catalogo ricambi, in collaborazione con l’Area Tecnica After Sales.

Requisiti
Almeno 2 anni d’esperienza all’interno degli uffici di Pianificazione materiali o approvvigionamento;
Ottime capacità analitiche;
Preferenza di laurea triennale o magistrale in Ingegneria gestionale;
Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;
Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office, in particolare nell’utilizzo di Excel ed eventuale conoscenza di Access;
Buone capacità relazionali;
