**BROAD FUNCTION / OBJECTIVES OF THE JOB**
- Secure through the process global of standardization by GMARS, complete it also related to GMP, GQS and BP maintenance
- Define and diffuse correct practices used by GMARS evaluating, in collaboration with the various managers, the use of the new features
- Manage the Maintenance Board and related indicators
- Manage the GMARS spare parts purchasing and maintenance strategy and supplier relationship
- Coordinate the cross-functional team that deals with Shut-down (SD) and production stops
- Manage the Commissioning and Qualification (C&Q) resources, Team Calibrations, Reference standard management and periodic filter validations
- Integrate and coordinate the Data Integrity initiatives into the Engineering Functional roadmapthe
- Attend Corporate meetings on GMARS strategy
- Participate in Corporate meetings on the Maintenance strategy

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**

Technical responsibilities provide that:

- Ensure the effective execution of practices related to GMARS respecting the Global and Site strategy, in particular with reference to: spare parts process order management and maintenance, maintenance plans/work, change management, ODL execution monitoring and spare parts management
- Is the owner of the definition of the Maintenance Execution processes (EMS)and their implementation in GMARS both in routine and in reference to specific projects
- Is owner of the Maintenance Board (MB) in terms of agenda, maintenance metrics, standardization and sharing of GMARS and Maintenance Execution practices
- Collaborate with the Reliability Champion on the editorial staff of the maintenance strategy (Maintenance Program)
- Ensure the alignment of maintenance practices between the functional groups in alignment with the Maintenance Program
- Guarantees the completeness, correctness and continuous improvement of maintenance operating procedures
- Collaborate or coordinate RCM analyses of company systems
- Collaborate in defining the ELT's agenda
- Is the owner of the process of strategic definition, planning and effective implementation of SD plans/production shutdown at the Site level, coordinating the module contacts
- Is the owner of the SD evaluation metrics and production stops
- Manage the C&Q, Calibrations, Reference standard management and periodic filter validations team ensuring the necessary support on the support side of external companies as well as the correct planning and allocation of the budget
- Integrate and optimize the services provided by the C&Q, Maintenance, and Calibration teams to support the Engineering function and Sesto site
- Leverage a centralized view to reinforce, provide focus and direction, and drive any necessary Data Integrity initiatives in the Engineering function

**RELATIONS**
- All factory functions
- LT / ELT / HSE LT (periodic update, BP and SP definition)

**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS**
- Educational qualification: Degree in Engineering
- English fluent
- Training / Experience:

- Experience: minimum 3 years of experience in engineering, maintenance or technical support.
- Excellent knowledge of GMP (NBF) and safety regulations
- Good knowledge of the processes of administrative management of the factory
- Personal: Leadership, team working attitude
- Other: Project management skills
