Per la nostra BU Direzione Lavori stiamo cercando un* HSE Manager.

La risorsa verrà inserita nel Team di cantiere di primaria importanza a livello nazionale, riportando a Responsabile della BU Direzione Lavori.

Requisiti:

- Laurea triennale/magistrale o diploma di scuola superiore;
- Conoscenza delle tematiche e normative in ambito Health, Safety & Environmental;
- Esperienza nel ruolo di almeno 5 anni;
- Buone capacità di comunicazione;
- Dimestichezza con gli strumenti informatici.

Attività e Responsabilità:

- Promozione e verifica dell’implementazione delle policies Health and Safety del Committente, verificando che le policies Health and Safety dell’Appaltatore Lavori siano allineate con quelle del Committente
- collaborazione con l’Appaltatore Lavori per l’organizzazione di tutti gli incontri previsti con il personale dello stesso inerenti tematiche Health and Safety (workshop, safety days, incontri di sensibilizzazione, etc.);
- promozione e diffusione di best practices in tema Health and Safety (a titolo esemplificativo ma non esaustivo: toolbox safety talks, job safety analyses, etc);
- segnalazione dei near miss e successiva analisi e diffusione delle lessons learnt;
- promozione e verifica della formazione in materia Health and Safety del personale di Direzione Lavori (Assistenti MEC/CIV, Supervisori ELE/SMI, Supervisori PE, etc.);
- controllo dell’operato dell’impresa relativamente al rispetto delle norme a tutela della salute e sicurezza dei lavoratori;
- produzione di un’adeguata documentazione di analisi e reportistica sull’efficacia delle politiche HS applicate dall’Appaltatore Lavori (es. Leading e Lagging indicatori) e di tutte le misure previste contrattualmente;
- saltuariamente redazione dei verbali dedicati a tutte le attività relative agli aspetti ambientali, nell’ambito dei lavori di costruzione (es. approvazione POA, verifica della valutazione degli aspetti ambientali).
