Stage - Accountant

**Scopo della posizione**:
Siamo alla ricerca di una risorsa da inserire in Stage all’interno del Finance Department.

La risorsa, affiancata dal Chief Accountant, verrà inserita in un percorso di formazione che le permetterà di sviluppare competenze in particolar modo in relazione a Contabilità Clienti e Fornitori.

**Ruolo & Responsabilità**:
La risorsa, durante il suo percorso formativo di Stage, avrà modo di approfondire le proprie competenze supportando il Chief Accountant ed i membri del Team Finance nelle seguenti mansioni:
**Contabilità clienti**
- Abbinamento degli incassi alle fatture attive aperte
- Preparazione delle schede clienti a supporto del processo di dunning
- Verifica della completezza dell’anagráfica clienti
- Report relativi alla contabilità clienti
- Supporto al processo di sblocco degli ordini clienti bloccati
- Coinvolgimento nella riunione bi-settimanale relativa all’aging dei crediti

**Contabilità fornitori**
- Coinvolgimento nel processo creazione/modifica dell’anagráfica fornitori
- Invio al provider esterno delle fatture escluse dal circuito di fatture elettronica
- Creazione delle liste di pagamenti da effettuare ai fornitori e a saldo delle note spese

**Istruzione ed esperienza professionale**:

- Conoscenze Linguistiche: Fluente conoscenza della lingua inglese
- Conoscenze informatiche: Pacchetto Office
- Verrà ritenuta un plus la conoscenza del software SAP-R3
