InPlace Agenzia per il Lavoro ricerca, per importante Cliente operante in ambito cosmetica la figura di **Beauty Advisor**.
La/il Beauty Advisor opererà all'interno degli store della catena e sarà responsabile della Customer Experience, contribuendo al raggiungimento dei KPI aziendali e degli obiettivi di vendita.
Si occuperà di:
- soddisfare i bisogni dei clienti
- contribuire al raggiungimento degli obiettivi commerciali
- garantire che lo store sia allineato agli standard del gruppo aziendale
- contribuire al mantenimento degli standard qualitativi
La risorsa dovrà avere i seguenti requisiti:
- passione per il mondo make up
- esperienza mínima nel medesimo ruolo in ambito Retail/Make-up /Moda o simili
- conoscenza della lingua inglese
- ottimi standing e capacità relazionali
- certificazione di corsi di make-up artist (nice to have)
- dimestichezza con i principali strumenti informatici
