- We are looking for an **Office Attendant** with a main responsibility handling the front office reception and administration duties, including greeting guests, answering phones, handling company inquiries, and managing the daily operations of the office. The Front Desk and General Administration Officer is the first point of contact for the company, providing administrative support across the organization.The preferred location for this position is in Diano d'Alba (Italy).**As an Office Attendant you will focus on these responsibilities**:
**Front Desk Operations**:

- Greet and welcome visitors with a positive and helpful attitude.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
- Manage the visitor log and ensure all guests are registered appropriately.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
- Assist with the scheduling of meetings and managing conference room bookings.

**Administrative Support**:

- Provide general administrative support to staff as needed.
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing orders, and verifying receipt of supplies.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Manage the filing system for both physical and digital documents.
- Coordinate with facility management to ensure a safe and comfortable working environment.
- Assist in planning and executing company events, meetings, and conferences.
- Working on ERP system for car maintenance and all safety requirements.

**Customer Service**:

- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
- Assist in handling and resolving employee and client complaints in a courteous and professional manner.
- Act as a liaison between the company and clients or external partners when needed.

**Data Management**:

- Maintain and update contact lists and client information databases.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Conduct data entry and maintain accurate records for various administrative processes.

**To be successful in this role, we expect you to have**:
- High school diploma or equivalent.-
- Proven experience in a similar front desk or administrative role is an advantage.-
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).-
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.-
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.-
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.-
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.-
- Customer service-oriented with a friendly and approachable attitude.-
- Fluent English.-
