Adecco Italia Spa ricerca per importante azienda cliente leader nel settore dell'e-commerce, un/una: Safety Coordinator

Responsabilità:

- Effettuare valutazioni del rischio come richiesto e seguire le misure di controllo fino al completamento
- Metriche giornaliere complete e callout dai siti
- Approfondire i dati sulla sicurezza, monitorando gli incidenti registrabili in loco,
- Sfruttando la conoscenza a livello di revisore delle procedure e dei requisiti legali di Amazon, consiglia i dipendenti e i manager di conseguenza,
- Diventa un esperto in materia nel tuo specifico livello di competenza, rimanendo vigile e non divulgando alcuna informazione sensibile al di fuori del tuo livello particolare,
- Monitorare costantemente i siti, concentrandosi maggiormente sulla conformità con le procedure di sicurezza di Amazon,
- Indagare su incidenti, stabilendo la causa principale,
- Aggiornare i record interni relativi a incidenti, quasi incidenti e incidenti,
- Intraprendere piani d'azione per garantire una conformità continua e sostenuta alla legislazione.
- Supportare il Centro logistico con strumenti di amministrazione della sicurezza.
- Support Fulfillment Center fornendo formazione in materia di salute e sicurezza.

Requisiti richiesti:

- Esperienza pregressa in ruoli simili
- Laurea in materie economiche/giuridiche e/o Master in gestione delle risorse umane
- Inglese fluente
- Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office, in particolar modo di Excel
