**Qualifica Group srl agenzia per il lavoro**, ricerca e seleziona per la propria filiale sita in **Frattamaggiore (NA)** una risorsa che ricopra un ruolo di responsabilità in termini di valutazione, pianificazione, controllo e realizzazione delle attività lavorative per il settore agenzia per il lavoro.

**_ Project Manager (PM)/Coordinatore-trice _**_di filiale - agenzia per il lavoro (APL)_**

**Nello specifico si occuperà di**:

- Sviluppo dei servizi inerenti all’agenzia per il lavoro;
- Gestione delle attività filiale e pianificazione lavoro dipendente;
- Pianificazione e gestione rapporto cliente;
- Implementare azioni di sviluppo commerciale (contatti telefonici, visite in loco e azioni di fidelizzazione);
- Monitorare i vari cambiamenti giuridico-normativi e/o organizzativi delle agenzie per il lavoro;
- Stabilire e comunicare le priorità lavorative e curare l'analisi del territorio;
**HARD SKILLS**:

- Attitudine al lavoro di gruppo;
- Ottima conoscenza dei servizi relativi alla ricerca e selezione di profili di middle e top management e ottima conoscenza delle figure professionali a seconda del settore di riferimento;
- Puntualità e rispetto delle scadenze e delle tempistiche lavorative;
- Necessaria provenienza dal settore delle Agenzie per il Lavoro;
- Buona conoscenza dell’uso di gestionali operativi (esempio Intiway, Mint) e sistemi utilizzati per la ricerca e selezione di figure professionali;

- Inquadramento e retribuzione: sarà commisurata in base all'esperienza della risorsa selezionata;
- Orario di lavoro: full time lun - ven 9:00-13:30 / 14:30-18:00;
