Join us as a **Strategy Associate.**

**What you will be doing**
As a Strategy Associate at Satispay, you will:

- Analyze big data, distill insights, identify trends or patterns, and make business recommendations to drive strategic decisions
- Work on corporate development projects, mainly assessing M&A opportunities and assisting on investor relations
- Together with the team coordinator, you’ll work closely with management to prioritize business and information needs. Be ready to communicate with both business and technical teams to collect and aggregate all the info for the great picture: propose strategic changes to the way we track, maintain, and use data
- Go hunting/hunt for/research success stories, case studies, and models, scout for best practices, and understand trends and tendencies: we need to stay on top of industry trends to continue to evolve the organization to ensure best-in-class technologies and techniques are used

You have:

- At least 4 years experience in related positions
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- A maniacal detail-oriented mindset, a knowledge of accounting, and valuation techniques, and an understanding of financial statements are mandatory
- Experience with Looker, Tableau, Qlik, or similar technology
- Impressive knowledge of the startup landscape and a true interest in the financial industry
- Fluency in Italian and English is required

**Logistic & Salary**
The role is based in Milan with a hybrid working policy.

We offer a competitive salary, commensurate with experience.
Stock options plan available.

**The selection process**
