**Job Description**:
Quality is our first principle in Mars and the intern’s primary responsibility is ensuring that the cluster business unit is managing product, packaging (for cluster copacking ) and business process quality in accordance with Mars standards.
You will be part of Quality Team in the Supply chain organization who have the responsibility to drive improved quality performance across the business unit through the implementation and operation of agreed Mars quality standards in the South Europe region, working on reporting analysis, projects or activities to implement continuous improvement cross market and factories.

The role entails plenty of personal responsibility, varied tasks and broad exposure in the organization. To be successful in this, we are looking for someone who can thrive in the detail-oriented arena of data management & analysis.

What will be your key responsibilities?
Supporting Quality Manager in the implementation of quality standards cross functions
Nonconformity, CAPA (corrective and preventive actions) and continuous improvement plan
Maintain and updating data reporting
Performing ad-hoc analyses (primarily in Excel) through the use of internal systems
Interaction with 3PL and factories to report nonconformity and improve level of service

What are we looking for?
Master Degree (completed or on going)
Interest in Quality and business process across Unit
Planning
Strong analytical skills and comfortable utilising detailed technical specifications and information
Detail orientated with the ability to manage data
Both English and Italian proficiency required
