YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Primary responsibilities include:

- Leading the scrum team in using Agile methodology and scrum practices
- Helping the product owner and development team to maximize the sprint outcome
- Remove impediments and coach the scrum team on removing impediments
- Resolve conflicts and issues that occur
- Help the scrum team achieve higher levels of scrum maturity
- Support the product owner and provide education where needed

YOUR KEY COMPETENCES AND QUALIFICATIONS:

- 4+ years of prior experience on a scrum team
- Strong communication, interpersonal and mentoring skills
- Experience in fleet management and precision agriculture domains
- Experience with successful Agile techniques
- Ability to work with and lead a team
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment
- Computer Skills:
- Understanding of Web/Cloud technologies
- Understanding of DevOps practices
- Understanding of CMS (Content Management System) like Sitecore is a plus
- Other competencies:
- Excellent communication skills; able to listen, advise, empathize, and explain
- Leadership skills to build cohesive, high performance teams
- Project and resource management skills
