You will be in the Italian team and you will be in charge of the platform assisting Italian customers by phone, and chat ensuring they are able to use the platform, answer any quires or issues that they may have too.

What your responsibilities will be:
Assist customers with their account

Use your creativity and intuition to help undecided customers create pages

Provide exent customer service by managing expectations and claims in a very positive, polite, and diplomatic way

Handle inquiries and provide timely responses and manage requests

Ensure that the degree ofsatisfaction meets the customer and company needs

Contribute to creating brand engagement for our client

**Requirements**:
Have exent writing and communication skills coupled with empathy and team spirit

Speak Fluent Italian and English

Can demonstrate previous experience in Customer Service

Love to identify the customers' needs and propose fast solutions

Would like to develop your personal qualities within a professional environment
