In this role you will support the manufacturing and/or distribution center activities, e.g. for assembly operations, machinery, packaging and/or company product distribution. May help in setting and manage automatic or semi-automatic machines and equipment related to manufacturing continuous operations. Report possible machine malfunctioning or anomalies and, at higher level, recommend and/or issue changes to methods and processes. May be involved in delivery, incoming, inventory and warehousing activities by distribution center.

We offer you a position where responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
- Uses predetermined methods, operations, configurations, and prescribed specifications to visually inspect work-in-process and finished products, such as electronic units and subsystems, precision electromechanical assemblies or mechanical units, subassemblies, structural deficiencies, internal defects, and missing welds.
- Uses various measuring devices and test equipment.
- Accept, reject, or rework defective or non-functional units or systems.
- Work from blueprints, schematics, dial gauges, preset micrometers, scales, fixtures, customer specifications, inspection drawings or instructions, and checklists.
- Monitor and verify quality based on statistical control procedures or other process control procedures.
- Clean lines after each batch to ensure all materials from the previous batch are removed.

**Must Have**:

- Degree in technical discipline
- 2 years of experience in quality control in medical device industry or automotive industry
- MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Understanding of ISO9001/ ISO 13485 requirements and Quality principles
- Ability to interpret Engineering drawings and schematics, and Bill of Materials
- Use of Tools such as: Oscilloscope, Function Generator, Computer based test equipment, Force Gauge, Thread Gauge, Calipers, DVM, Height Gauge, Optical Comparator.
- Documenting First Article Inspections
- Familiar with ESD handling, and protocols.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to translate, statistically analyze data, and effectively report problems through written and/or graphical formats.
- Excellent customer service skills, with an advanced understanding of customer/supplier relationship building.
- Proven ability to work as a member of a team to meet technical and schedule requirements.

**Nice to Have**:

- Testing of electronics, mechanics and electromechanical components
- Experience in SAP
- Knowledge of agile methodology
