**Key Job Responsibilities**

Casavo is looking for a talented HomeFinancing Operations Jr to functionally report to the GM HomeFinancing.

In the role you will ensure the smooth operation of the business unit both within the day-to-day activities as well as support within the change management initiatives. High levels of ownership and result orientation are required to help steering the decision making process of the internal team as well as of external stakeholders (wider Casavo organization, banks, suppliers, product, etc.). The role is cross-country and supports the Italian, Spanish and in the future the French mortgage business unit.

Activities will include, among others:

- Maintaining operational cooperation with partner banks, addressing their inputs (requirements) with process changes, ensuring MS have the proper access to their tools, challenging inconsistencies in invoices.
- Ensuring the active/passive invoices are properly calculated and generated in Casavo’s finance systems.
- Create and maintain reporting used in routinal production meetings (WBR, MBR, etc) as well as ad hoc analysis. Ensure data quality and push others to excel in data consistency and precision.
- Implement compliance requirements - in collaboration with Internal Audit and legal support - and translation in process changes, regulatory documentation.

**Key Qualifications for the Role**
- Full English and Italian proficiency
- Strong analytical skills demonstrated in prior experiences held
- University degree (obtained or ongoing) required ideally in economics, management, engineering or related fields
- Result-oriented, proactive and entrepreneurial
