We are looking for young talents, motivated, curious and enterprising, to join us at our Operations Headquarter in Agordo (BL), where the history of our Company got started.

We love entrepreneurial people that take responsibilities from Day-1, and strive to achieve their goals. You will put your hands on different challenges, experiencing what it means to work in a fast-paced environment. You will join a young and passionate team of Lens Capacity Planning and you will contribute on defining the production volume of our Global Sun Lenses Division in EMEA region with a long-term perspective. You will support the Team on building IP’s target focusing on EMEA region.

If you’re someone who has shown success in analysing, diving deep into complex data, identifying process improvement opportunities and pioneering new ways to do things, we’d like to talk with you.

**MAIN ACTIVITIES**
- Weekly Support to the Industrial plan development and the production target of our Lens Manufacturing Departments
- Demand variation analysis through which we understand critical changes impacting the workload of our Production Plant
- Critical cluster management with a main focus on capacity constraint
- Dashboard analysis, focusing on machine capacity vs required load
- Report updates such as Lens Inventory to track our performance over targets
- Development of the Inventory days of coverage KPI to better assess lens performance in terms of demand coverage
- Development of a Historical sales analysis tool to understand seasonality picks and other occurrences that might have affected demand and production in the past

- You’re self-starter and a quick learner
- You have a Business/ Data analytics/Engineering/ background with excellent results
- You own strong data analysis skills, ability to product, interpret and draw conclusions from data, Microsoft Excel knowledge is a plus.
- You are able to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- You own excellent communication skills coupled with ability on confidently present to all levels within the company.
- You’re fluent both on Italian and English
