**Ok, ma cosa farai di preciso?**

Il tuo ruolo è verificare il rispetto degli accordi intrapresi tra l’azienda cliente e la grande distribuzione (GDO) migliorando la visibilità del brand all’interno di una serie di punti vendita.

Come?

> rilevando dati e informazioni utili;
> verificando la corretta posizione delle referenze sugli scaffali;
> aumentando la qualità espositiva dei prodotti;
> sfruttando al meglio gli espositori e tutti i materiali di comunicazione in store (POP);
> coltivando la relazione con i capi reparto della GDO;
> realizzando report fotografici degli allestimenti;
> seguendo un percorso di formazione continua.

Non sarai solo la sempre in contatto con tante persone e professionisti diversi e con un Supervisor che ti supporterà sul campo per la pianificazione di ogni attività

**Requisiti**:
**Sei tu la persona giusta?**

Per diventare Field Specialist può essere utile un’esperienza sul campo ma puoi partire anche da zero.

Non servono competenze specifiche ma è fondamentale l’attitudine alla relazione, la voglia di comunicare e di entrare in sintonia con le persone.

In più è fantastico se

> sei una persona curiosa con tanta voglia di imparare;
> ami i brand e ti appassiona farli crescere;
> hai la patente B (e sai guidare sul serio);
> ti piace l’idea di viaggiare per lavoro.
