**MISSION**
Supportare ila HSE e raggiungere gli obiettivi aziendali in tema di salute, sicurezza e ambiente.
Stiamo cercando un HSE Advisor qualificato per supervisionare la sicurezza nei cantieri di Hitachi Rail, supportare la funzione HSE e il raggiungimento degli obiettivi aziendali in tema di salute, sicurezza e ambiente.
**ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Contribuire a stabilire, documentare, implementare, mantenere e migliorare continuamente il Sistema di Gestione Locale HSE in conformità con gli Standard Internazionali, le Procedure Locali e i requisiti contrattuali;
- Supervisionare l'implementazione delle attività Hitachi sui progetti in conformità con le Politiche HSE, i requisiti legislativi HSE, i requisiti HSE dei clienti e il sistema di gestione HSE;
- Identificare i rischi e i pericoli, collaborare alla valutazione del rischio e l'identificazione delle misure di controllo necessarie in virtù della Legislazione HSE applicabile, dei requisiti del Cliente HSE e del Sistema di Gestione HSE;
- Condurre gli audit e le ispezioni in conformità ai requisiti legislativi HSE;
- Implementare i Programmi HSE per il raggiungimento degli obiettivi e traguardi HSE;
- Gestire le risorse HSE esterne nominate in Cantiere;
- Partecipare all'identificazione delle esigenze di formazione HSE e condurre la formazione HSE secondo il Programma di formazione;
- Contribuire durante la fase di bidding all'identificazione dei requisiti legali;
- Definire e aggiornare le procedure per la gestione di potenziali situazioni di emergenza;
- Monitorare, riportare e comunicare le prestazioni HSE e implementare soluzioni in caso di trend negativi;
- Attuazione, indagine e analisi in caso di incidenti e near miss HSE
- Identificare le non conformità e verificare che siano intraprese le azioni correttive / preventive per mitigarle ed evitare il ripetersi;
- Collaborare all'implementazione della documentazione adeguata per le riunioni annuali di riesame della direzione.
- Gestire aspetti HSE in stabilimenti produttivi
**Performance Criteria**
- Rispetto delle tempistiche nella consegna dei documenti HSE e garanzia di qualità degli stessi;
- Valutazione e gestione dei rischi HSE;
- Gestione del processo di auditing e inspections
- Soddisfazione del Cliente
**Skills & Knowledge**
- Disponibilità a frequenti spostamenti in Italia
- laurea in ingegneria civile, ambientale, sicurezza sul lavoro o o laurea técnica simile (in alternativa Master HSE qualificato)
- Conoscenza approfondita della normativa in materia di salute, sicurezza e ambiente con particolare attenzione ai cantieri
- Conoscenza approfondita delle ISO 45001 e 14001
- Abilitazione al ruolo di Addetto Servizio Prevenzione e Protezione (ASPP) con conseguimento dei Moduli A e B (D.Lgs. 81/08) o titolo di studio equipollente
- Gestione HSE di cantiere, con attenzione all'area High Speed, Mass Transit, Railways
- ottima conoscenza di sistemi operativi Windows e Pacchetto Office
- Tecniche di comunicazione, presentazione e formazione
- Pregressa esperienza di **almeno 3 anni** nel settore della sicurezza sui luoghi di lavoro
- Conoscenza inglese B2
- Attitudine proattiva e capacità di adattarsi rapidamente a nuove situazioni e sfide.
- Capacità di lavorare in team multidisciplinari e di comunicare efficacemente con vari stakeholder
- Altre certificazioni professionali in ambito HSE (CSE)
**Desiderable Knowledge & Skills**
- Certificazione come Lead Auditor per gli standard (almeno ISO 45001- 14001) -_Plus_
- Esperienza pregressa nella gestione HSE stabilimenti -_Plus_
- Conoscenza delle normative specifiche per la sicurezza ferroviaria -_Plus_
- Tecniche organizzative e conoscenza dei processi aziendali -_Plus_
- Conoscenza delle tecniche di stima dei costi e di formulazione di un budget -_Plus_
- Conoscenza di metodi per l'analisi profonda degli incidenti -_Plus_
- Familiarità con strumenti di gestione della sicurezza e software di reportistica HSE -_Plus_
