**Your position and environment?**

Our Faurecia Clean Mobility Business Group is looking for HRBP Global Operations - BG Level M/F to be based in.

Global Operations covers all Operations functions (Production, Supply Chain, HSE, Industrial, Lean Manufacturing, Manufacturing Engineering), Purchasing and Total Customer Satisfaction.

Within Faurecia Clean Mobility, you are responsible to manage the following missions:

- Support key HR Processes such as People Review (Preparation, Calibration, Action Plan, Follow-Up ), Salary Review, Performance Review (STAR), Budget, Strategic Plan, Training
- Ensure proper mapping of selected populations (Operations, TCS, Purchasing) and key positions (focus on Plant Managers, Deputy Plant Managers, Plant Quality Managers)
- Monitor the VIE Program for Operations, TCS & Purchasing. Participate to the recruitment, selection, mission follow-up, and career path monitoring. Follow-up equivalent programs in all countries for young graduates.
- Participate to people development projects
- Follow-up headcount (forecast, budget) for TCS, Purchasing & Operations Central Teams
- Support the organization implementation: Organization charts, staffing, job grading, job title
- Track the key performance indicators for HR Operations, TCS & Purchasing scorecards
- Ensure and maintain data reliability in HR information systems
- Organize and lead regular routines and meetings with our global network in order to ensure full alignment of information
- Support meeting preparation

**Qualifications**:
**Minimum education level**: Master’s degree in** **Human Resources, Business, or related field

**Experience**:

- A first experience in the HR function within an industrial environment

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Fluent in English (Written and spoken)
- Familiar with HR information systems as well as MS Office
- International mindset, multicultural awareness
- Autonomy and ability to learn on the fly, and work in a complex matrix organization
- Good interpersonal skills
