**About The Role**

As our Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and providing strategic financial guidance to legal management team. This role requires a detail-oriented and analytical professional with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of financial management principles.
- In this role, you'll take a proactive and comprehensive approach to managing all financial operations, ensuring the timely completion of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with IFRS and Italian GAAP.
- You are trusted to oversee all aspects of financial management, including accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting including that all accounting entries are made in accordance with accounting laws and guidelines as well as the Alleima Group's global reporting guidelines.
- Your duties will also involve creating and preparing comprehensive audit documents for local audits, annual financial statements, management reports, and any ad hoc requests, ensuring thorough and precise documentation for all financial activities.

- Managing the correct and timely processing of income tax, including consolidation, and handling monthly VAT returns will also be part of your responsibilities, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Additionally, you are a trusted leader that actively support your team in their day-to-day tasks and manage general administrative issues, fostering a productive and efficient working environment. You'll also lead and mentor the finance team, promoting a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance culture, helping each team member to grow and excel.

**About You**
We’re excited to connect with someone who has a degree in economics with a focus on accounting/finance, or alternative qualifications such as an auditor, laying a solid foundation for your impressive professional journey.

Your ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new ERP systems, or your previous experience with M3, showcases your adaptability. You thrive in proactive work environments and excel at thinking creatively and enjoy problem-solving.

Management experience is a plus but not mandatory, but we do think your capabilities in network thinking, communication, and willingness to collaborate are your strengths, making you perfect leader for this role.

A good command of written and spoken English is essential, and we’re looking forward to seeing how your unique skills and positive attitude can drive our team forward.
