In accordo con il superiore e in coordinamento con la produzione, garantire la definizione dei programmi di produzione degli stabilimenti, sulla base dei forecast di vendita e attraverso il bilanciamento tra evasione tempestiva della domanda e l’ottimizzazione della capacità produttiva disponibile, definendo i fabbisogni di materiale e i tempi di realizzazione/consegna, nel rispetto dei vincoli tecnico-produttivi e di qualità, e minimizzando gli stock. Contribuisce, insieme al superiore, alla stesura di reporting per il monitoraggio della produzione.

**COMPITI SPECIFICI/ATTIVIT**à PRIMARIE**:
**Planning**
- Coordinare e supervisionare la pianificazione di produzione a breve, medio e lungo termine allocando nel tempo le quantità da produrre, sulla base delle demand condivise dai clienti, tenendo conto sia della capacità produttiva sia della struttura e dei tempi di attraversamento dei materiali e dei prodotti finiti.

**Programmazione**
- In collaborazione con Supply Chain, coordinare i materiali necessari per la realizzazione dei lotti di produzione sulla base delle richieste dei clienti, sulla base dello scheduling definito e del livello degli stock e dei criteri di qualità e delle procedure definite.
- Supportare il superiore della pianificazione in qualsiasi altra attività speciale e analisi come richiesto
- Sfidare i processi per migliorare l'efficacia in termini di costi del flusso di materiale verso le aree di produzione.

**Reporting**
- Contribuire alla definizione dei KPI necessari all’analisi dei piani di Produzione.
- Adherence to scheduling
- Monitoraggio della produttività
- Analisi critica dei KPI
- Production Plan per tutti i reparti di produzione
- Contribuire alla definizione del database sui volumi prodotti nel corso dell’anno

**Controllo**
- Garantire il monitoraggio dello stato di avanzamento dei lotti di produzione rispetto ai piani, intervenendo eventualmente, in accordo con Supply Chain e il superiore, per la successiva rielaborazione della pianificazione a livello di stabilimenti.

**STUDI/DIPLOMI/CORSI DI FORMAZIONE**:
Laurea o cultura equivalente

**ESPERIENZE PROFESSIONALI**:
