**REGIONAL SALES EXECUTIVE**

The regional office looks after the Rocco Forte Hotels in the Italian region, the Hotel Savoy in Florence, the Hotel de Russie and Hotel De La Ville in Rome, the Verdura Resort and Villa Igiea in Sicily and Masseria Torre Maizza in Puglia. Each hotel is characterized by the family philosophy and typical design of the Rocco Forte Hotels, yet reflects the unique character of the location.

**Main purpose**:
The key role of a Sales Executive is to manage all incoming leads with an aim for converting business for the properties. She/he works in close collaboration with the Proactive teams to support each step of the ‘enquiry life cycle’ when and if required.

Reports to: Regional Director of Sales.

**Main duties & responsibilities**:

- Support the Director of Sales in achieving regional budget goals and in the overall sales strategy;
- Constantly update the intranet network with photos / promos / news;
- Conduct site inspections;
- Draft sales proposals and contracts;
- Identify new business contacts, analysing market trends;
- Control and manage the major Networks portals;
- Support in inserting profiles and bookings into the system;
- Plan, organize and manage Fam trips;
- Timely update and manage internal databases;
- Support in market and performance activities analysis.

**Competencies required**:

**Other requirements**:

- Two or more years of experience in the same role even for a single hotel;
- Positive attitude and good communication skills;
- Fluency in English;
- Ability to work under pressure and spirit of initiative;
- Excellent organisational, analytical and planning qualities;
- Good time management;
- Presentation skills and customer relations oriented;
- Creativity;
- Able to work independently;
- Passion for sales.

**Workplace**: Administrative Offices of the Hotel Savoy, Via Calzaiuoli 7, 50123 - Firenze (FI).

Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno, Tempo determinato
