#### Job Description:
### Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a wide range of Punjabi and South Indian dishes, including but not limited to curries, tandoori items, biryanis, dosas, idlis, sambar, and chutneys.
- Ensure the highest quality and consistency in taste, presentation, and execution of dishes.
- Develop new recipes and menu items in collaboration with the culinary team.
- Manage kitchen operations, including inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, ensuring proper techniques and food safety practices.
- Stay updated on industry trends and continuously seek to improve culinary skills and techniques.
- Coordinate with the management team for event catering and special menu planning.
- Maintain compliance with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen area.
### Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Indian Chef with expertise in both Punjabi and South Indian cuisine.
- Culinary degree or relevant certification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of traditional and modern cooking techniques.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
