Maintenance Technician

Siemens Transformers, specialized in medium-power transformers, is looking for a Maintenance operator with an experience in the Maintenance activity, to be hired with a permanent contract, for its factory in Trento.

You will operate in the maintenance department using appropriate tools and machines to maintain manufacture machinery and tools.

**How You’ll Make an Impact**

The maintenance technician is an expert who is responsible for verifying the efficiency, functioning and safety of machinery and systems in workshops, industries and buildings. This specialized technician solves problems and prevents risks of blocking the activity due to malfunctions. Here are some of its main activities:

- Ordinary maintenance: carry out periodic interventions to prevent anomalies in the functioning of the systems. This includes regular checks to ensure machinery is in good condition and meets safety standards. Furthermore, it draws up reports related to maintenance interventions.
- Extraordinary maintenance: In the event of breakdowns or malfunctions, he intervenes quickly to resolve the problem. This may include replacing faulty machinery parts.
- Reporting and documentation activities: The maintenance worker keeps track of the activities carried out, compiles reports on interventions and maintains the inventory of equipment and supplies for repairs

**What You Bring**
- Consolidate professional experience, at least 5 to 6 years, in Maintenance department, preferably in the electrical or power generation field.
- Predisposition for manual work
- Ability to work in a team
- Good communication skills
- Knowledge on English is considered a plus
