**Area Supply Chain - Planning Specialist Area NordEst**

**Scopo della posizione**:
Garantire l’approvvigionamento dei prodotti per i depositi di riferimento, nei modi e nei tempi definiti, rispettando gli obiettivi di giacenza ed i livelli di servizio.

**Principali sfide**:
Il titolare del ruolo, riportando al Planning Coordinator:

- Garantisce e presidia le attività di riordino per i depositi di riferimento, attraverso l’analisi dei fabbisogni quotidiani, pianificando le consegne dei fornitori in funzione del bilanciamento dei carichi di lavoro per l’entrata merce, del dimensionamento dei lotti di acquisto (in funzione degli spazi a magazzino e di eventuali _fee_ logistici) e dei giorni di copertura e dei costi diretti e indiretti (obsolescenza, immobilizzo finanziario, etc.);
- Assicura l’aggiornamento e il mantenimento del masterdata prodotti (frequenza di riordino, lotto minimo, palletizzazione, etc.);
- Garantisce la riconciliazione dei disabbinati fornitori merce;
- Definisce il profilo di stock per magazzino, coordinandosi con il Portfolio Manager e con il Logistic Coordinator/Warehouse Manager, per i relativi approvvigionamenti diretti da fornitore o indiretti da altri magazzini con l’intento di minimizzare i costi (trasporto, obsolescenza, doppia movimentazione, etc.) e di ottimizzare la rotazione.
- Effettua un monitoraggio dei KPI logistici individuando le eventuali azioni correttive/preventive.
- E’ parte attiva nel processo di gestione dei prodotti prossimi a scadenza e del relativo profilo di approvvigionamento o delisting in collaborazione con la funzione Portfolio e Buying.

**Competenze richieste**:

- Capacità di analisi, lettura critica e propositiva dei numeri
- Conoscenza avanzata pacchetto Office, in particolare Excel, dimestichezza nell’utilizzo dei sistemi informatici
- Precisione e puntualità
- Principi base conoscenza conto economico
- Orario di Lavoro:_** **full-time
