**Posizione**:
A reliable and pioneer Group of Companies in the supply of technologies for the production lines _is looking for a high-performing _**_GROUP SALES DIRECTOR_**_ to join the team._

The Sales Director reports directly to the Owner based in Piedmont.- Proven track record in developing new markets and meeting sales objectives is required. Must have exceptional interpersonal skills with excellent verbal and written communication. Must have international experience in developing and maintaining a high level of customer service in a sales team._

**Main Activities**_:_**
- _Sales director responsibilities include developing key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans; understanding customer trends on the global markets and evaluating costs for selling products and services._
- She/He is responsible for creating and communicating sales goals to the sales team and ways to achieve those goals._
- Successful execution of these strategies is required to achieve the annual sales targets:_
- _Accurately forecast sales revenue streams, own and hit/exceed annual Group sales targets_
- _Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand the worldwide customer base_
- _Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships and ability to manage major accounts._
- _Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives_
- _Effectively communicate our unique value proposition through proposals and presentations_
- _Continually find ways to motivate team members to boost morale and retention._
- _Prepare sales reports, build mutually beneficial relationships, and oversee new employee training and continued training for current employees._
- _Understand category-specific landscapes and global trends_
- _Reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts._

**Additional Activities**:

- Demonstrable experience as head of sales in an international environment, meeting or exceeding targets._
- Ability to work closely and coordinate the sales managers to execute strategies and achieve sales targets._
- Experience in ensuring efficient workflows and keeping the sales team motivated by understanding and empowering each individual unique skill sets. Leading by example and significantly impacting the culture of the workplace. _
- Ability to work closely with other senior-level leaders, communicate and influence all levels of the organization._
- Proven ability to drive the sales cycle from quotation to close, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions._
- Ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services, write reports, business correspondence and quotations._
- Proven ability to position products against competitors._
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from customers in a global environment._
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret customer technical procedures and local governmental rules and regulations on a global scale._
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists._

**Requisiti**:
**_Degree: _**Graduate _Marketing/Economics/Engineering degree or equivalent_

**_ Languages: _**_English language proficiency is required, preferably mother tongue or equivalent level. Spanish language would be highly value_

**_
IT:_** Strong understanding of the most common Office software and reporting tools (e.g. Excel)

**_ Attitude and soft skills: _**_Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills. Excellent verbal and written communications skills._
- Excellent leadership skills, management skills, problem-solving and organizational skills are required_

**_ Working hours:_** **Full time
