The resource will be based in Milan (with the possibility of working remotely) and will be responsible for issuing estimates, analyzing prices and creating documentation to support the sales team.
- Specifically, the resource will deal with:
- Prepare bid presentation documents
- Respect the profit margin in all proposed estimates
- Evaluate cost, profitability and performance alternatives
- Participate in kickoff meetings, work in teams with other departments
- Prepare the offer documentation or alternative documentation
- Develop and implement reports
- Applications, for **BMS Proposal & Estimator,** must meet the following requirements:
- English literate
- Basic knowledge of HVAC systems and their control systems
- At least 2 years of experience in BMS or Automation
- Knowledge of electrical, energy and special systems (access control, video surveillance) will be considered a plus
- Good use of Microsoft Office
- Availability to travel throughout the national territory
