**Role Purpose**:
**Vodafone Discover Graduate Program** is a journey for talented new graduates that allows you to join a community of exceptional colleagues, covering a long-term role with a permanent contract while at the same time being involved in dedicated development opportunities. In fact, as part of the Discover Program you will have the chance to shadow senior colleagues, get in touch with our customers and be involved in Community events that involve Discover graduates.

This position is about designing, launching and measuring the Offer and Go to Market activities related to mobile and fixed line propositions for Vodafone SoHo customers. As **Discover Product Manager SoHo** you will do so by working within the SoHo Cluster and as such actively participating to the agile methodology as followed by Vodafone Business.

You will be responsible for every aspect of the offer including regularly benchmarking against competition, pricing strategy, developing and coordinate the product capability roadmap, selling tools and collaterals. To achieve your objective you will have to interact with all Vodafone Business departments involved in product development and implementation, including IT, Network and Finance.

**Skills**:
**Key accountabilities and decision ownership**
- Actively develop and execute best customer base life cycle experience to improve/innovate/simplify customer journey and delight them
- Accountable for design and processes of new fixed and convergence product. This includes product performance management, maintaining high calibre group product collateral and training materials, product marketing and PR activities, product innovation and rationalisation
- Create and own market requirements specifications and processes for the product (s) and related offers. Responsible for taking services through the Italian product development processes
**Core competencies, knowledge and experience**:

- Passionate for Marketing product development and project management
- Willingness to learn and teamwork through agile methodology
- Strong confidence with budget and planning analysis
- Strong communications skills, comfortable interfacing with different audiences of varied levels of seniority
- Knowledge of the technical offer and Canvass process is not required but considered a plus
**Must have technical / professional qualifications**:

- Brilliant Academic Record: Master-level degree in Economics, Engineering or Computer Science;
- Previous Internship Experience;
- International Experience;
- Fluent in English
- Excellent MS office skills, excel in particular
