**Profile**
- The Role:
The Legal Counsel Technical (“LCT”) will support the Legal Team Technical in relation to project construction and operations of new and existing projects. You will be responsible for providing project level technical contract support to the Engineering & Construction, Asset Management, and Operations teams. In this role, the LCT will work closely with the Senior Managing Counsel Technical in the Legal & Compliance Team, and the General Counsel, to review a wide variety of technical related commercial contracts and respond to a wide variety of requests for legal assistance from these functions and their staff.
The Legal Counsel Technical will ensure compliance with global legal, contractual, and risk management policies, as directed by the General Counsel, to minimize and limit corporate liability, manage risk, and optimize value of contracts.Together with the Senior Managing Counsel Technical, coordinating with and overseeing the work of outside counsel.
Desirable skills:

- Demonstrable experience (a minimum 6 years) in contract drafting, review and negotiation of legal technical contracts in the renewable energy industry (EPC, O&M, AM, supply agreements, etc.)
- Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills and demonstrated maturity and good judgment.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and attention to detail.
- Strong ability to speak, read, write, and understand Italian and English (proficiency in Spanish French, and/or German, a plus).
