Purchasing Manager

**OPPORTUNITY**:
For our Italy offices, we are looking for a brilliant professional to cover the **Purchasing Manager / Senior Buyer** role.

The resource will be placed in a collaborative and very stimulating environment where continuous growth is the centre element of our Team. **MAIN ACTIVITIES**:

- Management of direct relationships with suppliers
- Entry of supplier master data
- Receipt of the goods and insertion of the sales and/or order delivery documents
- Warehouse reporting (inventories, stock checks, picking lists)
- Registration of order confirmations
- Supplier order timing monitoring
- Management and control of incoming material
- Verification of purchase invoices
- Management of any complaints and returns

**REQUIREMENTS**:
**Education**: Bachelor's Degree in Economics with specialization in Administration, Finance and Marketing
**Minimum experience level**: Medium/High
**Languages**: Good knowledge of English (B2/C1)
**Other researched aspects**:

- Proactive and positive attitude
- Experience in the Purchasing Department (plus)
- A strong interest in the industrial automation sector (appreciated)
- Excellent knowledge of the Office package
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
