OBJECTIVE AND SCOPE OF THE ROLE GroupM is looking for an International Senior Strategist to join our strategy agency team to develop communication and media strategies for our international clients. As a part of the strategy team you will work in close collaboration with cross-functional teams in order to ensure integration and full channel communications delivery.
As an International Senior Strategist you’ll be responsible for:

- Developing media and communication strategies
- Coordinating and leading integration of activities working with cross-functional teams (media, content, social and digital teams)
- Coordinating international strategy, through a direct relationship with central clients
- Coordinating the information flow between central clients and local agencies
- Evaluating media strategies and planning activities to ensure consistency with central guidelines
- Leading new business initiatives to build new strategies
- Measuring and analysing return and effectiveness of all communication activities supporting business results

What background we have in mind for this position:

- Fluent written and spoken English
- Solid experience (>5 years) with moderninternational agencies or companies with specific degree of knowledge in the field of marketing communication strategy
- Deep knowledge of business metrics. Able to understand what marketing objectives means and how it can be deployed and translated into communication and media activities
- Get used to work with research agencies and able to understand brand and communication metrics or KPIs
- International (or at least national) media planning skills

- Management capabilities to help other people to growth and develop their capabilities
