Students Engagement Coordinator

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement student life programs and activities that promote student engagement and well-being;
- Promote students' extra curricular projects and organizations (i.e. clubs);
- Organize events to improve socialization;
- Work with students to provide support and guidance throughout their educational journey
- Collaborate with faculty and staff to create a vibrant and supportive student community
- Represent H-FARM SCHOOL at conferences and events
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in education, student affairs, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in student life or higher education
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in English and Italian
- Availability to work occasionally during weekends and evenings
- Previous experience in Tourism/Events planning will be highly regarded
