Client Data Manager

Nell’ambito del rafforzamento del proprio team di professionisti, Havas Media Group è in cerca di una figura Client Data Manager per la sua sede di Milano.

La risorsa si inserirà all’interno di un team di lavoro operante su importanti clienti dell’Agenzia e riporterà al Managing Partner a capo della Business Unit.

Nello specifico le attività riguarderanno le seguenti mansioni:
- Gestione day by day della reportistica da inviare al cliente- Elaborazione dei dati allo scopo di ottenere informazioni dettagliate su campagne / clienti / competitors per monitorarne le prestazioni- Analisi delle performance delle campagne media rispetto ai KPI media, di brand e agli obiettivi di business, in collaborazione con altre figure specialistiche dell’agenzia.- Estrazione dati ed elaborazione di soluzioni automatizzate di reporting granulare attraverso strumenti specifici (Arianna, AQX, Nielsen Media Impact, Similarweb- Raccolta, elaborazione e analisi dei dati di media landscape (campagne competitors, investimenti, creatività, etc) per evidenziare insights e best practices del mercato- Produzione di analisi di benchmarking per sviluppare strategie significative al fine di rispondere a specifiche richieste e brief del cliente

Requisiti essenziali:
- Laurea in Economia, Marketing o Scienze della Comunicazione- Esperienza mínima di 5 anni presso agenzie media strutturate- Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office, con particolare riguardo a PowerPoint ed Excel (fondamentale)- Conoscenza del panorama media italiano, delle metriche e della sua terminologia- Attitudine al problem solving e al lavoro in team- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (parlata e scritta)- Ottime doti di relazione e capacità di organizzazione e pianificazione delle attività- Capacità di teamwork ed esperienza nel coordinamento di risorse- Curiosità e passione per l'analisi critica dei dati- Predisposizione mentale alle nuove tecnologie

Completano il profilo: precisione, puntualità ed ottime doti interpersonali.
