We are currently looking to appoint a **Commodity Manager **in our Italian plant. Main purpose of the role is the strategic and tactical development and the global management of related material groups within the Temperature & System Products network. The target is to secure a quality
- delivery
- cost
- and risk optimized Supply Chain for the dedicated material groups, through defining and execution of a global strategy. He/she will report to the Temperature & System Products Head of Department Purchasing in Germany.

**Key responsibilities:
- Elaborate and execute commodity strategies in alignment with the E+H company strategy and goals.
- Responsible for the optimal selection and determination of procurement markets and suppliers (global and local) within the Network to build a competitive advantage.
- Assure the continuous development of the related supplier pool by constant market analysis and benchmarks (cost, quality, risk).
- Push actively the supplier development delivering financial, ESG, service, and innovation results according to company targets
- Engage with executive leadership in key supplier relationships
- Coordinate of all Stakeholders and the international Teams (other E+H entities, R&D, Quality) towards the supplier.
- Coordinate the (APC) Temperature and System products group wide global and local purchasing activities within the related Material groups
- Benchmark industry leading practices and continuously advance procurement capabilities in alignment with E+H group procurement network.

**Requirements and skills:
- Bachelor degree of Science
- Technical skills in mechanics
- Very good knowledge in English language, preferable German language skills
- ERP-knowledge
- Independent analytical approach
- Strong ability to communicate in international Teams
- Good knowledge in project management.
- Proven and significant experience in global purchasing supplier management and leading of sourcing projects.
