**The Role**:
Hyntelo is looking for a full-time, young and dynamic Financial Controller to join the Finance Department. He/she will be in charge of reporting and monitoring the operational, economic and financial performance in line with the established deadlines, working closely with the administrative Department:

- Reports to the CFO
- Support the monthly internal reporting, including all associated processes and controls
- Participate to the relevant budgeting, controlling and finance processes
- Ensure the highest data quality in the systems to maintain high level of reliability and accuracy in budgeting and forecasting
- Perform monthly reviews of the service projects with service operation managers, challenging the expected profitability margins and insuring the gap analysis and budgetary controls
- Mindset process improvements
- Accounting and planning reporting
- Monitoring of revenues and the commercial pipeline

**Requirements**:

- 3-5 years of professional experience within a finance department
- Skilled in Excel, PPT, Windows Office tools [mandatory]
- Fluent English
- Very good knowledge about finance, controlling, budgeting, accounting
- Strong motivation to join a dynamic, young and fast-growing company

**Qualification**:

- Bachelor's degree in Management Engineering and/or Economics preferred
- Attributes: Tenacious, ambitious, self-starter, naturally curious, highly coachable, and self-aware, highly motivated, ability to interact with colleagues well, independent yet team-oriented, passionate about digital engagement and delighting customers, takes pride in being accountable for his/her success
