**Chi cerchiamo**

Siamo alla ricerca di un Site Manager che abbia almeno 3/5 anni di esperienza nella gestione di siti web da inserire nel Team Lanieri. Cerchiamo una persona appassionata al mondo fashion e digital, le cui caratteristiche siano attenzione ai dettagli, motivazione e capacità di collaborare con altri team.

La sede di lavoro sarà Milano con possibilità di smart working 2 giorni a settimana.

**La Mission**

**Le responsabilità chiave**
- Ottimizzazione SEO: Implementare e supervisionare le migliori pratiche SEO per aumentare la visibilità del sito nei motori di ricerca e guidare il traffico organico e coordinamento con l’agenzia esterna;
- User Experience (UX): Garantire un'esperienza utente di alto livello, assicurando che il sito sia facile da navigare, veloce, intuitivo e attraente per i clienti;
- Gestione del Contenuto: Collaborare con il team di marketing per sviluppare e pubblicare contenuti di alta qualità, tra cui testi, immagini, video e recensioni;
- Monitoraggio delle Prestazioni: Utilizzare strumenti analitici per monitorare le prestazioni del sito, identificare problemi e opportunità e apportare le necessarie correzioni;
- Gestione dei Prodotti: Collaborare con il team di acquisti per caricare nuovi prodotti
- Gestione delle Vendite: Monitorare e ottimizzare il processo di vendita online, inclusi carrelli abbandonati, pagamenti e conferme d'ordine;
- Report: Generare report periodici sulle prestazioni del sito e presentarli al team di gestione;
- Integrità del Marchio: Assicurarsi che il sito rispetti l'identità e il posizionamento del marchio di lusso dell'azienda.

**Cosa ci aspettiamo da te**
- Conoscenza approfondita di WordPress e dei suoi plugin, nonché competenza nell'uso di strumenti di sviluppo web;
- 3/5 anni di esperienza nella gestione di siti di e-commerce, preferibilmente nel settore del lusso, e conoscenza delle ultime tendenze nel settore;
- Competenze SEO e conoscenza delle best practice di ottimizzazione;
- Eccellenti capacità di gestione del tempo e del progetto;
- Forti capacità analitiche e di risoluzione dei problemi;
- Ottima comunicazione e collaborazione con i team di marketing, vendite e tecnologia.
