Scopo della posizione:
Provvedere alla predisposizione del bilancio civilistico, secondo i principi contabili nazionali al fine di rispettare la normativa vigente e la corretta e puntuale imputazione nell’esercizio dei costi e ricavi di pertinenza.

Responsabilità:

- In collaborazione con il supervisor, la risorsa predispone le scritture di rettifica e assestamento per il bilancio civilistico, azzerando i conti gestionali e quantificando il corretto ammontare delle fatture da ricevere, effettuando tutte le analisi di dettaglio per la definizione delle scritture.
- Supportare il supervisor e il manager nel garantire l’accurata capitalizzazione dei cespiti e il corretto piano di ammortamento e nel predisporre le adeguate richieste di sconti aggiuntivi a casa madre e alle concessionarie
- Provvedere alla corretta e puntuale compilazione della reportistica richiesta dal Gruppo producendo anche le necessarie analisi richieste di ALD International.
- Predisporre le riconciliazioni dei conti per individuare eventuali scritture errate, effettuando, se necessario, le scritture di assestamento/rettifica al fine di individuare i corretti saldi di stato patrimoniale e conto economico.
- Collaborare con i reparti Sourcing e Legal, nella stesura degli accordi con le case automobilistiche e concessionari, per la corretta definizione delle clausole amministrativo contabili.
- Calcolare ed inviare a casa madre e concessionarie le richieste di sconti volume, bonus aggiuntivi, campagne e premi produzione, garantendo la correttezza delle informazioni ivi contenute, nel rispetto degli accordi contrattuali e della normativa legislativa, in collaborazione con il reparto Sourcing.
- Calcolare ed inviare a broker/agenti gli inviti a fatturare relativi alle commissioni, garantendo la correttezza delle informazioni ivi contenute, nel rispetto degli accordi contrattuali e della normativa vigente.
- Predisporre reportistica ad hoc per l’analisi delle commissioni e del relativo costo medio per contratto al fine di monitorare l’effettivo contributo fornito dai vari partner.

Competenze/conoscenze tecnico-specialistiche:

- Laurea in discipline economiche;
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;
- Ottima conoscenza di Excel ed Access;
- Sarà considerato un plus l’aver maturato una breve esperienza di accounting.
- Conoscenza di nozioni di contabilità generale.
