**Industrialization Specialist**

In this role you will report directly to AMOM Plant Manager and you will empower the industralization area.

**Your Responsibilities**

The high-profile figure will represent the natural link between the Product Development phase and subsequent Production, providing focused support for the development of innovative technical solutions aimed at increasing product quality and reducing processing times.
Specifically, it will interface with the Product Development function, translating sampling methods into industrial logic to define Production Times and Solutions, validating Bills of Material and Manufacturing Cycles in a timely manner.
Based on what is technically defined, it will build the Production costs by tracing them using specific forms and uploading them to the system.
He will also be involved in negotiating the costs of external processing, interfacing directly with specialized suppliers.

**Your Profile**
- Previous experience of at least 8 years in the field of small metal parts/ fashion accessories in similar task.
- Excellent knowledge of machining technologies: CNC machining, hot stamping, cold stamping, micro casting, galvanic finishing.
- Excellent knowledge of basic tools Timing & Methods.
- Good knowledge of 3D and 2D CAD tools.
- Good knowledge Office package.
- Good knowledge of English.
- Mediation skills/ conflict resolution.
- Dynamism, flexibility and proactive attitude
