**PILOT INSTRUCTOR**:
TXT Group is looking for an Aeronautical Instructor to join the Aerospace & Defence division of the TXT e-Tech Group company, for ground training of pilots.

The Pilot instructor will be responsible for carrying out both theoretical and practical courses, in the classroom and in hangars at the customer's premises.

**In particular, he will have the following responsibilities**:
Creation of ad hoc training material with respect to the client's needs and relative revision of existing material;
Delivery courses in Italian and English languages, with theoretical/practical training and demonstration lessons in the classroom and hangar;
Continuous updating of course topics, particularly on aircraft technology and configuration, to meet standard training requirements;
Collaborating with other instructors and the course leader in the preparation of the training plan;
Preparing and updating examination papers and administering course examinations as an examiner.

**Requirements**:
Be in possession of a valid EASA ATPL, CPL license and a valid ME-IR (H) multi-engine instrument rating license;
Have proven experience as an instructor of at least one year (preferably as an aviation ground instructor);
Have proven knowledge of helicopters;
Excellent knowledge of English and Italian both written and spoken;
Excellent knowledge of Office Suite, Adobe and MS Office Suite;
Work experience in a cultural environment.

**Optional skills**:
Have a proven track record in the field of aircraft maintenance or equivalent (preferably in the helicopter field);
Possession of ICAO level 3 certification.

**Required Qualification**: Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Electronics, Mechanical, Computer Engineering or Aeronautical Diploma.

The resource must have a strong competence in public speaking, aptitude for problem solving, communication and organizational skills, be able to work both in teams and individually and have already had experience working in multicultural contexts.
