**Wholesale Manager**:
ABOUT THE JOB
The Wholesale Manager will work under the direction of the Wholesale Director to increase overall sales volume and develop brand exposure in the international markets while providing unparalleled customer service to wholesale distributors and agencies within the assigned territories.
**Activities**:
To plan the sales budget for the individual segment and territory along with the wholesale management team
To manage and be the point of reference for wholesale distributors and agencies in assigned territories.
To be responsible for sales activity reporting and analysis, budget preparation/monitoring and field communications.
At a geography level, drive international marketplace management across all merchandise categories.
To plan, prioritize and manage sales activities to achieve targets as agreed with the Wholesale Director.
To actively seek out new opportunities, including outside of current channels and segments,
To ensure customers are familiar with the brand, identify potential branding partners and influence customers to promote the brand as much as possible.
To create, develop and maintain strong, effective, sustainable customer relationships, across all clients' functions and levels, to open doors at any time and go the extra mile for providing maximum value to the customer, serving as a valued consultative partner, to achieve sales goals.
Review orders with distributors and local agencies discuss and solve specific problems ensuring that activities and projects are being followed timely and properly through territory planning.
To guarantee distributors and agencies meetings during seasonal sales are prepared and executed at the highest level as planned
To track and monitor assortment placement and to provide clear direction to the business on the expectations and placement of the directed assortments in the marketplace.
To travel throughout assigned territories when required to visit regular and prospective agencies and distributors to increase product awareness.
To ensure that customer data is maintained in the dedicated systems according to the actual status and made available to all relevant parties.

ABOUT YOU
What are we looking for?
3-5 years of previous experience gained in structured organizational contexts
Fluent Italian and English, both spoken and written (the knowledge of a third language is considered a plus);
IT abilities and professional knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite (especially Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop);
Knowledge and experience in all phases of fashion project;
Problem-solving, precision, attention to detail, teamworking attitude and flexibility.
Be proactive and adaptable with the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
Strong programming and space planning skills
